As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing coaching and training as needed to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sales manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• Work Hours: Full-time, 37.5-hour workweek.
• Salary: £44,700.00 per year, dependent on experience.
